Order Processing Time (Handling Time):

We aim to dispatch all standard delivery orders within 24 business hours, if there is a delay, we will let you know. 

Orders placed before 12pm with next-day delivery will be dispatched on the same day, ready for delivery on the next working day. Please note that this only applies to working days. Any orders placed with next-day delivery on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Incorrect Address / Returned Parcels

Your order will be dispatched to the exact address provided at checkout. Please ensure the address is accurate and current to avoid delays or issues. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by customers.

If you need to amend an address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once the postage label has been printed or the parcel is in transit, the address cannot be changed.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Refunds for returned orders will only cover the item cost, as shipping fees are non-refundable.

We cannot provide refunds or replacements for orders delivered to incorrect addresses. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.
