60-Day Return Window
To keep things safe and hygienic for everyone:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original, unopened sterile packaging
If the sterile seal is broken, we unfortunately cannot accept the return
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method

Hygiene Seal Policy
To maintain the highest hygiene standards, most of our items (piercing jewellery and earrings) are sold in sterilised and sealed pouches. For these items, we are unable to accept returns where the seal has been broken, unless the item is faulty.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you always insure valuable return shipments, as it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the return shipment arrives undamaged and on time.
Incorrect Orders & Faulty Items
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect order or a faulty item, please contact us via the help centre or [email protected]. Camden Body Jewellery will take full responsibility and offer you a full replacement or refund via the original payment method. Please note that forced damage or evidence of foul play (e.g., to ring hinges, seam rings, or gem settings) will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Any return requests for incorrect or faulty items must be made within 30 days of receipt of delivery.

Discounts & Promotions
If a discount code was used on your order and that code had specific conditions, the remaining part of your order should still meet those conditions for the discount to be valid on the returned items. If not, the applied discount will be deducted from the refund.
