We want you to be completely satisfied with your Camden Body Jewellery purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free returns process.

60-Day Return Window

To keep things safe and hygienic for everyone:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original, unopened sterile packaging.

  • If the sterile seal is broken, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.

  • Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • The original shipping fee is deducted from the total order being refunded.

Hygiene Seal Policy

To maintain the highest hygiene standards, most of our items (piercing jewellery and earrings) are sold in sterilised and sealed pouches. For these items, we are unable to accept returns where the seal has been broken, unless the item is faulty.

Multi-Buy Promotions & Bundle Offers

If items purchased as part of a tier-based promotion (e.g., "Buy 2 Get 10% Off" or "Buy 3 Get 25% Off") are returned, causing the total quantity to fall below the offer threshold, the refund amount will be recalculated.

In these instances, the items you choose to keep will be charged at their full, non-discounted price. The refund issued will be the difference between the total amount originally paid and the full price of the items kept.

How to Return Your Item

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Package the Item: Ensure the item is secure.

  3. Ship the Item: Use Royal Mail 48 Tracked (or an equivalent tracked service). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend insuring valuable shipments, as it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the return arrives undamaged.

Incorrect Orders & Faulty Items
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect order or a faulty item, please contact us immediately via [email protected]. Camden Body Jewellery will take full responsibility and offer you a full replacement or refund via the original payment method.

Please note: Forced damage or evidence of mishandling (e.g., snapped ring hinges, bent seam rings, or popped gem settings due to force) will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Any return requests for incorrect or faulty items must be made within 30 days of receipt of delivery.

Allergies & Reactions

We strongly advise checking for potential metal sensitivities or allergies before making a purchase. Camden Body Jewellery cannot accept liability for any allergic reactions or irritations that may occur from wearing our products. For any assistance, we recommend consulting your piercer or a healthcare professional.
